September 12, 2010 – Since Joe & I aren’t quite used to Pacific time, we tend to get moving a little before our girls do, so while we waited for them to wake up, we took Rubin out walking in search of a Starbuck’s. My advice for the day, if you’re ever lonely . . . get a dog. We met so many people, who really wanted to get to know Rubin but politely put up with meeting us as well J
We declared Sunday a “chill day”! We’ve been “burnin’ it on both ends” so we found a Blockbuster’s Video, picked up some movies, heated the Booyah that Jack & Bev sent with us (thanks!), invited Allison’s friend, Stephanie, over and chilled! It felt so good! Us girls watched a chick flick while Joe kept a watch over the Packers via the Internet (of course, we could only get the Seahawks game on TV). Go Pack – yay!!!
Cuisine of the evening: Vietnamese (not the sign I posted – I thought it was funny but Angie had to remind me that it’s the name of an Island in Thailand). The Vietnamese food was sooooooooooo good!
We moved into our condo in Allison’s building today (a fully equipped apartment for less than the price of a hotel – she’s been very gracious with all of us (and our snoring) in her one bedroom loft but, since she has to work in the morning, we’re giving her a break J
Tomorrow . . . the Market – yahoo!

I think the signs funny too! LOL Giggle giggle.
