Though it was a whirlwind trip to Key West, we’re so glad we
made it. The drive was breathtaking and,
once we arrived, we checked into the hotel and hit the ground running. We went to the southern most point of the
United States, 90 miles from Cuba first then walked Duvall Street hitting the
shops . . . someone must have told them we were coming because they had mine
and Bobbie’s money almost faster than we could get it out of our wallets!! We went to a few unique establishments . . .
Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Coyote Ugly’s, an Irish Pub; a Jazz lounge then
wrapped the night up with a Cuban dinner.
Next stop . . . Miami.
